Imagine ordering a smartphone online, expecting swift delivery, only to receive a notification that the estimated arrival time has been pushed back by several months.
Implementing a procurement digital transformation, whether digitalizing tools or processes, often turns out to be a much more complex task than anticipated. There are reasons for this. To help inform organizations on the cusp of transforming, we wanted to learn more from the people who are actually carrying out the day-to-day implementation and have first-hand experience of what can go wrong the systems integrators.
